Alleged Huawei Mate 8 pricing surfaces: definitely on the premium side
As we already know, the Huawei Mate 8 is being unveiled on November 26 and it will most certainly position itself as a high-end phablet that will co-exist with the relatively new Huawei Mate S at the top tier of the Chinese manufacturer's lineup.

It's true that we will have to wait for a couple more weeks to see it officially announced, but the torrents of rumors and leaks are already upon us, and the latest one is all about the pricing of the upcoming Huawei phablet.

As per the rumor mill, the Mate 8 will be available in two versions - one with 32GB of storage/3GB RAM and another one with 64 gigs of storage and 4GB of RAM. The first one is rumored to cost $520, while the better-endowed one will purportedly be setting you back some $610.

It's clear that these alleged prices are not exactly on the affordable side, but hey, if we're judging by the rumored GFXBench specs that leaked recently, the Mate 8 is set to be a top-tier champ, thus the pricing is adequate.

It will probably be powered by a Huawei-made octa-core Kirin 950 chipset, humming at 2.2GHz, boast a 6-inch 1080p display, a 16MP rear camera, and an 8MP front-facing one. We already covered the storage/RAM options earlier. Additionally, the phone is rumored to sport a circular fingerprint scanner at the back.

So, what do you think about the alleged ricing of the upcoming Huawei Mate 8? Share your thoughts below.
