The HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE spotted on Verizon's TestMan site
Fast-forward three weeks, and it's still not released, but we may be one step closer as the device has been spotted on Verizon's TestMan site. For those of you that don't know, Verizon often lists new devices on their TestMan site as an internal way to properly setup the page before it is listed on their main site. This is a good sign, as often times when a phone is listed on TestMan, it is close to a release.
The pricing is shown as $299 with a 2-year contract, but this simply a "place holder". Often times the price on TestMan may be incorrect (we've seen phones with wrong prices before). Rumor is it that the device will be in the sub-$200 price range once released.

the timing pretty much confirms that the reason this was delayed is because of the case with Apple.

With the specs this phone has it won't sell unless it's less than $100. Seriously the Droid RAZR has twice the built in memory and only costs $100 right now.

$200 would be okay. the Motorola devices are going through a special promo for father's day and graduating students. the S4 will make this Verizon's most powerful handset and it runs the latest Sense 4.0 and ICS, that'll make it Verizon's second handset to run ICS officially. there's still a few selling points for this phone even if it fails to reach the objective standards of well informed people like ourselves.

Good point, but I do believe that the Droid RAZR will officially have ICS before this phone is released. Plus if the Droid Incredible 4G comes with Beats headphones it would be worth $250.

hopefully, but i'm going to assume this phone is just days away from release. it would be nice if it did but HTC said they weren't going to do that with any more future handsets which i think is silly because not all people would want to shell out for an expensive pair of Beats Headphones to use with their HTC device. i do think they added support for Beats Audio to work with any kind of Headphones though. i want a pair of Mixr Beats myself but when it comes to buds the Skullcandy Heavy Medals i have are better than the few series of Beats buds there are and they're cheaper too at $80-$90, i got mine for $50. hehehe. ;)

I am confused. It was only worth $100 before, but now it would be worth $250 with a pair of headphones? The earbud headphones that came with the Rezound are only worth $90 or so. Methinks your value assessment engine is broke.

Sorry about that, I think it's worth as much as a Droid RAZR so it would go for $200. I forgot the RAZR was only on sale for $100 and the full price is $200, since its been on sale for $100 so often. Plus maybe $50 for the beats but definitely not $300 total. Honestly they should just make the phone $90 cheaper and not include them.

UNfortunatly very few people care about the beats headphones. I work for vzw and when i tried using that as a selling point for the rezound nto one person here gave a rats butt

I would be happy with the $200 price, provided there would be a $50 rebate included and I combine that with my usual 25% discount.
I'm interested in this phone because of the 4" screen with decent resolution, up to date processor and I've always been a fan of the Droid Incredible lineup as they've been quite reliable for me. ICS out of the box is defintely a great feature as well, though the Incredible 2 will be getting it also.
I'm coming from the Droid Bionic (previously Droid Charge and Thunderbolt) and realized I could do without a 4.3" screen.

No one cares about Beats, it's pretty pointless if it raises the price.
Sell it at 100-150.
7. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5470; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
correction: YOU don't care about Beats.
11. iami67 (Posts: 308; Member since: 18 Oct 2011)
correction only you two care about beats 9 out fo 10 people could care less. Just cause you care doesnt mean the rest of the world does. You want a example where is the rezound now and how did it do in sales. It was horrible. even at a hundred bucks no one wants it when the beats headset alone is worth that. So whats that tell you. It tells you get rid of the gimmick headset stop trying to do gimmicks like apple and lower the price of the phone then for the ones who want the headphones they can use the money saved to buy it. Now you easily have twice as many phones sold with the lower price and most people who care about beats already have them

Yo iami67, I back you 100% on that one man. Seriously, no one gives a damn about Beats. I'll guarantee any amount of money that the phone will be jacked up in price just because it's carrying these headphones or some s**t that Verizon will come up with to make some money. It's not that I don't care about Beats, I don't give a s**t about Beats.
14. Hunt3rj2 (Posts: 396; Member since: 11 Nov 2011)
Given the choice between possibly having it at a cheaper price and having a set of Beats earbuds that may or may not be used at all, which would you rather have?
15. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5470; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
dude, i'd buy Beats Headphones so what do you think? xD
17. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Then I guess you and the rest of the 12-17 year old demographic care about Beats Headphones.
20. Hunt3rj2 (Posts: 396; Member since: 11 Nov 2011)
What about the people who wouldn't?
If you want beats, go for it. Verizon can sell it as an accessory or something. Not everyone wants it.
21. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5470; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
then...sell the Beats. you're getting a really expensive brand of headphones with it for a bargain. you could probably turn a profit just selling the headphones. i mean it's not even like phones got outrageously expensive with the Beats anyway. the Rezound costed as much as the Nexus and the Razr and it was in the same category as them albeit powered by a Crapdragon.
22. letsb4real25 (Posts: 21; Member since: 28 Dec 2011)
That's exactly what I was going to do when I bought mine but never got around to it. When I bought my Rezound, it was not AT ALL about the Beats headphones. At the time it was the best phone on Verizon (needed a removable battery and the Nexus wasn't out yet) and I did not use them since I already had some ear buds as well as some Monster Beats. However when my cheap ear buds broke I started using the ones that came with the device and I was glad I had them. They actually sound pretty good.
Sidenote: I paid $.01 when Amazon was doing their penny sale when Verizon was still selling it for $299.00. This was November 2011 when the phone had only been out for a couple of weeks. The phone was originally priced to be on par with the other LTE capable phones on Verizon. There was no upcharge for the headphones and I have never seen one. If there is, it is usually hidden by subsidized pricing.
I will probably NEVER buy directly from the phone retailer unless they are the cheapest. The fact that they let you insure any phone as long as you keep the equipment protection on allows me to go buy from whoever has the lowest price. Therefore, I don't really worry about whether there is an up charge for a specific accessory that I did or did not want.
8. letsb4real25 (Posts: 21; Member since: 28 Dec 2011)
Right because I used the ones that came with my Rezound on a daily basis, especially for the in call features.
18. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Yo folks, listen, I'm gonna come straight out and say this very, very bluntly: Does anyone seriously give a flying f**k about this phone? Seriously? Really? It has ICS out of the box: SO WHAT? It has a set of beats headphones: SO WHAT? This is a model I call the Moronola (yes MORONOLA) Avoid Afterthought. In no more than 2-4 months, if that, this phone will be a joke. No one will care and it's like a circus that might come to town: people will move onto the next thing. Anyone on this site who doesn't believe me, is an absolutely dillusional.
19. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5470; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
it's not even by Motorola so i don't see how your wordplay is really relevant here. you never seem to have anything intelligent to say do you guy? :P

23. TheAtheistReverend (Posts: 3; Member since: 01 Jun 2012)
This could easily be said about any phone if it is true about this one. If you care so little about this phone why are you spending do much time on this page?
25. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
That's really entertaining. Nice one. Why am I spending so much time on this page? What are you a parole officer? A timekeeper? Hired by phonearena to track time usage?
FYI, this page has 23 comments, I made 1 comment, 1 response to the assclown above me and this will be #3. So do me a favor, worry about yourself.

actually this will be #5. you don't really have a good memory either do you? :P

@king - This is offtopic but I was wanting to ask your opinion. My wife's line is available to upgrade, currently has the Droid 3 with unlimited data. She wants to stick with physical keyboard. I am big fan of Motorola phones. With the recent price drop of the Droid 4, now $99 for upgrade, is now the time to buy? It's been 4-5 months since Motorola has released anything new to Verizon. Do you think Motorola will release an upgraded version before the unlimited data with subsidized upgrade is removed?
28. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5470; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
yeah, this'll be the time to buy the Droid 4 if anything just to have a more valuable device to make a profit on towards something later since this might be the last chance you have to get something with a subsidy. the Droid 5 is a good ways off i'm sure and the Droid Razr HD might make an appearance this summer but i'm sure it'll be used as bait for unlimited customers that they'll want to convert. the Droid 4 is a fantastic phone. i can see it or any of the Razrs doing anybody a good, long time especially after they get ICS. i've been running it on my Razr for a little over a month now, it's just pure excellence.

Thanks for your reply, I've always valued your opinions on here. I got the RAZR MAXX a few weeks ago and love it. Coming from the Droid 3 myself, I definitely miss the physical keyboard, however, the outstanding battery life makes up for it for me. Swype is great most of the time, but there's nothing like the physical keyboard for data with numbers and symbols or just for those times when Swype does not want to predict what I'm trying to type. My wife on the other hand uses the keyboard much more than I did, very fast typer, and has a harder time typing on the touch screen, and never mastered Swype. With the SIII preorders starting soon, I think keeping the unlimited grandfathered plans with upgrade subsidy will disappear any day. Gonna go place my order :)

thanks, i appreciate you saying that to me. c:
oh my gosh yes, i know your pain. i too have been spoiled by the keyboard of the Droid 3 and since i went from that to an ordinary 1750mAh equipped Droid Razr i often times think about getting a Droid 4 but the display always snaps me out of it. on the bright side though this is forcing me to get better at typing on-screen style so maybe this'll be a good thing for us. yeah, most likely the reason why Verizon has sprung this move on us is because they know this is the optimum time to get people with so many amazing phones like the GSIII and the Droid Razr HD coming out soon and then there's the new iPhone that they're anticipating carrying and you know those iPhone subsidies seem to really kick them in the behind so what else can we expect you know?

Who the f**k is he? The Oprah of cell phones? Please folks, lets not start breaking out the kneepads.
