this phone is great it does every thing only down side is not enough memory but i think u dont really need to use the phone as an mp3 player that much that is what i have my ipod for any way

Great reception, very solid phone. Camera can be tricky to use to get clear shots, but loaded with features-2 Meg camera and video, multi-media,evdo all is very cool. Downloads and uploads very quickly. Currently Sprint is having a problem with AOL they are trying to work out, but phone does have a decent sounding MP3 player with some cool little external speakers. The phone has excellent coverage and reception quality! I get calls I never use to be able to get with my Sanyo 8200 and they are very clear.

One of the big downsides is the battery life. It SUCKS a battery to death in no time flat. I thought my battery was defective and took the first one I bought back to Sprint, but it was the same story ! A a battery vampire! Especially, if you are using a Bluetooth device, picture taking, webing or playing mp3's- I have been checking everyday at the Samsung site for an extended battery.
It is also hard to find the transflash chip in the 512 size- ebay was the only place I could get one and that still isn't all that much memory!

Still, it is a very multifaceted phone with a real quality feel and essence to it-nice design and great reception-just load up your battery!

This phone is nearly perfect. It's only missing Ready Link and the external speaker gets distorted at full volume and the battery drains rather quick. Otherwise it's filled with cool features and has an awesome camera!

You can actually get 512mb transflash cards but still not enough to make it a good MP3 player, etc. Phone is also a bit big...My Sanyo 8200 had a better camera....

This phone appears to kick butt!! Only one problem, it uses TRANSFLASH mem cards. Max capacity----256MB!! Thats not enough!! 256MB is the LARGEST card using the medium TRANSFLASH. Now that just stinks! A phone that does everything but shovel the driveway, and what does is ustilize TRANSFLASH. HOW DUMB !
