User Reviews
Nokia 8 is the best high-end smartphone at good price.
It has dual 13 MP rear camera and 13 MP front camera.
2K display and it's protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Operating system is newest stable Android 8.1 Oreo.
With fast CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 multitasking is very easy and quick.
And also with fast GPU Adreno 540 gaming is so fantastic.
- Good resolution (2K)
- Good camera (Dual rear camera/4K video recording)
- Fast CPU (Qualcomm Snapdragon 835)
- Fast GPU (Adreno 540)
- Text input (Not so accurate touch panel)
- Battery (Can be better)
Switched from a Microsoft Lumia 950, after Microsoft decided to abandon Windows 10 Mobile. The change was easy considering they kept the button placements like they are on Windows phones. It works flawlessly, the only issue is the camera and the camera app. They are way below average.
- Pure Android
- Camera and camera app
Nokia (or better HMD Global) is back with a great Non-nonsens Smartphone. Fast, versatile and user friendly with a more than reasonable battery life. And last but not least with adequate pricing (half of other brands flagship)!
- Display
- processing speed
- handling
- Camera app (expected to become better with update)
- phone jack
