First ever Razer Phone 2 deal bundles the gaming handset with a couple of freebies
The gaming-friendly Razer Phone 2 was officially released stateside just a month or so before Black Friday, which meant bargain hunters and early Christmas shoppers needlessly waited for the smallest of discounts on the $800 handset.

But now the first official deal has finally arrived... and it’s better than nothing. It’s certainly not great, merely bundling the second generation of the 120Hz refresh rate-capable mobile device with a couple of minor freebies for a “limited time.”

You’re looking at a complimentary black Razer Phone 2 Word case, normally valued at $24.99, as well as a gratis tempered glass protector kit, separately available for $19.99.

The two accessories will add scratch protection to both the front and back of your already water-resistant new handset, and all you have to do to get them is order the Razer Phone 2 from its manufacturer’s official US website and remember to apply the “LEET120” promo code before checking out.

The gifts don’t seem to be available at third-party retailers like Microsoft or Best Buy, so along with the newly released RazerCare Essential plan for extended warranty coverage, this is yet another reason to shop directly at Razer.com.

Of course, if you don’t have $799.99 to spare (not to mention the additional $99.99 RazerCare Essential fee), last year’s original Razer Phone edition still costs $399.99 after a $300 temporary discount that appears to have turned into a permanent thing.

There’s no comparing the two generations, though, as the sequel packs a significantly faster (and cooler) processor, along with refined dual cameras, and an arguably snazzier glass design adorned with customizable Chroma RGB lighting.
