The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is back down to a record low price, but probably not for long

As unexpected as it was to see Apple's latest rugged timepiece score a pretty substantial discount out of nowhere just a couple of months after its commercial debut, it was perhaps even more surprising that the Watch Ultra 3 didn't receive a similar (or better) price cut for Amazon's extended Black Friday celebrations these last nine days.

Curiously enough, the super-powerful device seems to have been marked down just as that special sales event wrapped up... and another one kicked off. Yes, Amazon is now running a fresh batch of Cyber Monday deals to help you keep your holiday spending to a minimum, and while a lot of the "new" promotions are likely to look oddly familiar to most bargain hunters out there, others are in fact different from what went down during the BF festivities.

The Apple Watch Ultra 3, for instance, is on sale at $100 off its $799 list price in both a black titanium version with a matching black ocean band and a "natural" titanium model with an anchor blue ocean band. But here's the thing. Despite its obvious and clearly uncoincidental timing, this deal is not labeled as part of Amazon's newly opened Cyber Monday 2025 campaign, which means that it could well go away before Monday, December 1.

What's even more concerning is that one of those two models is already backordered, shipping "within 1 to 2 months" (and that's if you hurry), while the other is available for delivery after December 10 (again, if you don't waste any more time and place your order right now).

I probably don't have to tell you that Christmas is less than a month away at this point, so before deciding to pull the trigger here, make sure you're okay with those delivery times. Another key detail to consider, of course, is if you really need the super-strong build, extra-bright screen, top-notch 100m water resistance, up to 72-hour battery life, and satellite communications support of the Apple Watch Ultra 3, because otherwise, the Apple Watch Series 11 is also a great option at a solid holiday discount.
