Verizon's All New HTC One (M8) unboxed ahead of announcement, registration page now live

Tomorrow is a big day for HTC and its fans. The Taiwanese company will finally announce its new flagship smartphone - the All New One, aka HTC One 2014, aka M8. The handset should be available to purchase immediately after the announcement.

In the US, Verizon will allegedly have exclusivity on the new HTC One for the first two weeks. Before we can get a confirmation on this, it looks like someone already had the chance to unbox Verizon’s new One. Lots of photos from the unboxing appeared on Facebook earlier today, posted by a Russian account. There are even photos comparing the M8 to an iPhone 5S, a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and a giant 5.9-inch Oppo N1.

Meanwhile, Verizon launched a webpage dedicated to the next generation HTC flagship, thus allowing people to register for more details (see the second source link below). The carrier doesn’t mention the handset's name - it’s just saying that “the best smartphone of the year is about to get better.” Well, we will find out tomorrow just how better it’s going to get.
