T-Mobile stops the rollout of the Android 8.0 Oreo update for its Galaxy Note 8
All major carriers in the United States announced they have successfully deployed the Android 8.0 Oreo update for Samsung Galaxy Note 8. However, if you've bought your Samsung phablet from T-Mobile, you might be in for an unpleasant surprise.

If you did not receive the update in early April when T-Mobile kicked off the Android Oreo roll-out, then chances are you won't be able to upgrade your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 yet.

The US carrier recently confirmed that the Android 8.0 Oreo update for Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which was initially available for download on April 1, has been put on hold on April 3.

According to T-Mobile, the update is currently unavailable, so don't try to force pull it on your Note 8. Even worse, the carrier doesn't mention an ETA, so there's no telling when the Android Oreo roll-out will commence.

In other news, T-Mobile recently delayed the release of Android Oreo for LG V30, although all other US carriers have already outed the update a long time ago.
