Sure Verizon's FiOS DVR Manager app for Android is pretty sweet as it lets you mess around with your box on the go, but for all of the other people out there not in with it, they can rely on using TVGuide's app. Browsing for your favorite programming is now easier thanks to this mobile app that is compatible on devices running Android 1.5 and above. Instead of having to go on the internet and peruse the sometimes not optimized layouts of the web site, you can accomplish a host of tasks with the free TVGuide.com app. Some of the neat features include an easy to browse interface, receive breaking news regarding the entertainment world, the ability to view scheduled programs up to 14 days in advance, and search for specific programs based on names, episodes, and titles. Now that it's gone mobile, there shouldn't be any reasons for you to miss out on some of your favorite shows ever again.
