Spigen posts its new line of cases for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5
One of the leading manufacturers of smartphone cases, Spigen has posted its new collection for the unannounced Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The cases confirm that the S Pen will be on the bottom right of the handset. On Monday, we showed you that the S Pen will be pried out of its holder with the use of an index finger. The user digs into a notch with his/her finger, and pulls out the S Pen.

The cases also show the camera and flash placement exactly as we have seen them on previous renderings of the phablet. On the other hand, different renders have shown various locations for the front-facing sensors. The Spigen renders match images seen earlier this month, while appearing to show the sensors in a different location than other renders spotted just days ago.

The Spigen cases for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 range from $34.99 for the Neo Hybrid Carbon and the Neo Hybrid Crystal to the $14.99 Case Thin Fit and the Case Rugged Armor. If you're interested in them, click on the sourcelink. All of the cases ship on September 30th, which might have nothing to do with the launch date of the Galaxy Note 5.

Samsung just announced that it would hold its next Unpacked event on August 13th, which is when we should see the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ unveiled. Samsung is said to be desperately trying to get the two phones released before the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus are launched.

Thanks for the tip!

Doesn't look like any of the cases allow quick access to an SD slot door. Either it won't have one, which is likely, or somehow the back of the phone slides off to give access to the battery and SD slot.

How f@cking stupid is that Samsung chooses "pretty" glass design that requires you to hide that design under a ugly case? Idiots! Just design a durable and rugged phone that does NOT need a case and make it as attractive as possible. I never had a case on my S4 and have never had a problem. The S6 and Note 5 shatter the first time you drop it on a hard surface. Idiots!

Because you're assuming that your needs/wants are reflective of everyone. Or rather, that your opinion is reflective of the majority of their current and potential user base. In reality, it's not. Durable and rugged might be YOUR thing, but never has that been a strong desire in main stream design. At least not in the light of sleek industrialism. The two are pretty much mutually exclusive. Well, save for something like the Sony Z series.... Which isn't exactly rugged persay. If the S5 didn't prove utility isn't the be all end all, I don't know what will. Not that it really matters, because most people are going to slap their phone into a phone case regardless as to what its made out of. For the record, my s6 edge has survived 3 different drops outside of its case and all it has to show for it is a near invisible scratch on the screen. Other than that, it's without any damage whatsoever. Just buy another phone from someone else and chill. Life is more fun when you don't get so worked up over an inanimate object.

Cool. I'm talking about personal experience, not intended to be an ironclad rule for everyone and all galaxy s6's. Anecdotal.

Ultra hybrid , liquid are must have cases for Note 5 , Great look and feel ...and as for as design concern , Note 5 and s6/edge are rare in their class , although sony has made glass mobiles like Z series and apple has crafted cells with metal but true craftsmanship can be seen in the shape of S6/Edge and Note 5 ( very soon ), life is quick ,Users dont want to live in old classic ages for long time, lets move into stylish , creative , most advanced era of Mobile World & S -erie and Note-serie is Proof of great Work .
