Shell shocker: contract-free Nokia Lumia 925 goes to $225 for a limited time
Newegg is having a limited number of Nokia Lumia 925 handsets on sale for just $224.99. For comparison, Amazon has it for north of three hundred, and it's the best price we've seen for the T-Mobile handset, barring any contract subsidies. The $225 price is part of Newegg's Shell Shocker deals, so it will be available for a limited time, and you have to hurry up, if you are interested.

As a reminder, the Windows Phone device sports a bright, 600-nits 4.5" OLED display, a dual-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon inside, 1 GB of RAM, plus 16 GB of internal memory (no card slot), and a 2000 mAh sealed battery to back it all up. It is made of polycarbonate, but sports an aluminum side frame, which also serves as the antenna. The 8.7 MP PureView camera is with Carl Zeiss lens, and sports a dual LED flash. The shooter also features optical image stabilization, while Nokia Lumia 925 is the first phone with six-element camera lens, and ISO 3200.

Sweet deal. So tempted, but I've had my eyes on the 1520... Actually I would definitely pick this one up if it had a microSD slot. xD

Such a gorgeous design, hands down my favorite Nokia hardware design though others are also beautiful, wish they would bring this design to future hardware as well especially the front and sides.
