Sharp AQUOS Xx introduced with 5.7-inch glass, Snapdragon 810 SoC and 3GB of RAM
The Sharp AQUOS Xx has a 13MP rear-facing camera while the 2MP front-fading camera is found under the screen because of the borderless display. A bone conducting technology replaces the earphone speaker because of the same reason. The 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on and the device supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC connectivity. Weighing in at 8.7mm thick, the AQUOS Xx replaces the Sharp AQUOS Crystal X.
The Sharp AQUOS Xx comes with Android 5.0 out of the box and will be available in white, black and red. Pricing remains unknown as the unit prepares for its rollout next month in Japan, which could be followed by a global release.
