Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 update fixes a nasty bug
A very weird issue is affecting many Galaxy Watch Active 2 smartwatches and Samsung was quick enough to patch it. Some users noticed that when they switch to the Watch Always On mode, the screen will start flickering.

Although the flickering bug doesn't affect all Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, the South Korean company managed to identify the cause of the issue and even offer a fix in the latest update.

SamMobile reports that a very small software update is now making its way to Galaxy Watch Active 2 wearable devices, so if you own one, you might want to launch the Galaxy Wearable app and then head to About Watch / Update Watch software / Update now.

We've already mentioned that this isn't a large update, as the package weighs a little under 14MB, so it will probably be downloaded and installed in a jiffy. Besides fixing the screen flickering bug when screen returning to Watch Always On mode, the update also adds improved language support for the smartwatch's Samsung Health features.

And that's about all the change included in this update. Even if your Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 hasn't been affected by the flickering bug, we'd still recommend installing the update just in case.
