Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e update adds Bixby Voice support
Samsung said the day the Galaxy Tab S5e was unveiled that the tablet will offer Bixby Voice support, just like the Galaxy Tab S4. Unfortunately, those who bought it found out that their Galaxy Tab S5e was lacking the promised feature.

That issue is about to be addressed this week, as Samsung is now rolling out a new update that adds Bixby Voice support to the Galaxy Tab S5e. Since the tablet doesn't feature a physical Bixby button, you'll be able to activate the new feature using the power button.

As SamMobile points out, there's a new “Power key for Bixby” option in the notification shade that lets you enable Bixby Voice from the power button with a long press. The same option is available in the Advanced features menu of the Settings app.

Besides Bixby Voice support, the latest update adds Call and Message Continuity, a new feature that allows Galaxy smartphone owners to take calls and read messages on their Galaxy Tab S5e tablet when they are logged to the same Samsung account as the one from their phones.

In this case, if you have an LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab S5e, you'll be able to take calls on any other device that supports Call and Message Continuity. The Galaxy S9 and S9+ recently got the same feature in the latest July update, but other Samsung smartphones should get it as well.
