Not long after launching the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, AT&T today released another Galaxy Tab 4 slate. This time, it’s the 8.0-inch model. AT&T customers have several ways to buy the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0: for $369.99 outright, for $269.99 with a 2-year contract, or for $18.50 per month with $0 down and no annual service contract. If you bundle the Tab 4 8.0 with any Samsung Galaxy smartphone, AT&T can give you back $50.

The new tablet can be purchased as of today, July 15, online - and it will be available in AT&T stores starting July 25. As you may have seen in the video embedded above, AT&T and Samsung are marketing the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 as a device for the whole family.

Just like the larger Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, the Tab 4 8.0 supports AT&T’s LTE network, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. Other features include a 3MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable internal memory, and a 4,450 mAh battery. Later this month, Verizon and T-Mobile will also start selling LTE-capable versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0.
