Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Rose Gold editions coming to South Korea on January 4, international availability to follow?

Back in the beginning of December, Samsung announced plans to don its premium Galaxy Note 3 phablet with something a tad fancier, and thus the Rose Gold black/white editions were born. The snazzy-looking devices sport a golden finish on their profile and accents, such as the camera ring and the stylus, are also recolored. Internally, though, it's the very same gadget in all of its aspects.

The fancy editions were initially aimed at China, though Sammy promised that a wider availability was to follow, and it is sticking to its word, as its home market of South Korea has now been reported to see a copy or two of the new editions as soon as January 4th. This, of course, obviously raises the infinitely more interesting question as to whether (and when) we can expect to see the gadget start a transcontinental trek en route for the U.S. and Europe. Unfortunately, at least as of this writing, nothing has been made explicit. The only piece of information we have is Samsung's promise to bring the new edition to markets according to their particular preferences. What markets those may be remains to be seen.
