Samsung Galaxy J6 (2018) full specs leaked before launch

Samsung Galaxy J6 (2018) is expected to be announced later today alongside at least one other mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy J4 (2018). The former's specs leaked more than a week ago, but hours before the smartphone's official reveal, the full specs sheet popped up online.

Most of the specs leaked earlier this month have now been confirmed by a set of images showing the Galaxy J6 (2018)'s technical specifications. For example, we already knew the mid-range handset will be equipped with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory.

Also, the Galaxy J6 (2018) sports a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display with HD+ (1480 x 720 pixels) resolution. The back side features a 13-megapixel photo snapper, while the front part includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The 3,000 mAh battery promises up to 21 hours of talk time or up to 12 hours of Internet usage (LTE). It's not removable, so you won't be able to pull it out and replace it with another one.

According to the specs sheet, the Galaxy J6 (2018) will offer dual-SIM support, but we don't know if this is market dependent. Naturally, the smartphone runs Android 8.0 Oreo right out of the box. The only things that remain to be determined are the price of the phone and the release date, which we hope to find out later today.
