Samsung Fascinate for Verizon coming soon at Best Buy, pre-orders start Sunday!
Hot on the heels of the rumor that Samsung Fascinate will be released for mass consumption in early September, we received a shot of Best Buy's promo material that labels the Fascinate as "Coming Soon".

If we put the spy shot together with the news outed yesterday that Best Buy starts taking pre-orders for the Fascinate today for its Reward Zone members, and on Sunday for the general public, we can be fairly certain that the last of the Mohicans from the US carrier versions of the Galaxy S will be in your reach very, very soon.

On another note, the promo snap reveals the EPIC 4G as "Coming Soon" as well, so you will be able to get both CDMA versions of the Galaxy S at Best Buy.

Thanks, Alex the Droid Doctor!

Lame, stop paying so much and get on Sprint with the Epic. We all know its a better phone with it's beautiful sliding keyboard, front facing camera, flash on the rear camera, hotspot capability, and of course we can't forget about it's ability to run on 4G.

Unfortunately, not all of us have decent Sprint coverage (even if we WORK FOR THEM). Even Verizon is really REALLY sketchy in my area (trust me, I looked into it) and I actually wound up leave T-Mobile for AT&T because they are the only carrier that has decent coverage locally. In defense of Sprint and big red, I DO kinda live out in the sticks, so I'm not saying their networks are crap or anything.

This phone is IT. It's thin and beautiful, does everything... perfect size and display, super fast and battery lasts long long time.

the amoled screen is absolutely garbage! thats why i got rid of my samsung rogue and htc incredible. i use the phone where there is a lot of light, mainly outdoors. the screen on the eris blows the amoled away, and the new droid2 screen puts even the iPhone 4 screen to shame, right back there with old tube televisions.

AND only a 5-mega-pixel camera.. and android 2.1.. this thing is outdated WAY before it even comes close to hitting the market! (then again so was the droid X)

The iPhone comes with a 5MP camera as well but it produces brilliant pics...even better than the Droid X and Incredible. It ain't about the megapixels, it's about the lens; and some phones just have better lenses. Samsung usually shines in that department but we'll see with THIS phone. As for Android 2.1 being installed; hey, I really don't care about that .... cause we all know it will have Froyo ( or maybe a later version ) pushed to it eventually.

mr.motodroid???/ how is the x remotely outdated nothing at vzw touches it right now and its better thans sprints evo and att's whole lineup lol sounds like u got a bad phone and wanna insult the top dogs all the x lacks is the front camera and when it gets 2.2 there wont be a better phone out there till the bigger processors hit shelves amigo
