Promo videos released for Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet
As we just told you, Sony has officially released the mid-range Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, and the powerful top shelf Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet. The former features IP68 certification, which protects against dust. It also allows the phone to be submerged in water for up to 5 feet for as long as 30 minutes, and escape unscathed. Sony has just released an official promotional video for the phone which shows off its 5MP "selfie" snapper in front, and the 13MP camera on back. The protection against water sure comes in handy when you're out with the family in the woods. "And the battery seems to last forever."

The Xperia M4 Aqua offers a 5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 resolution. A 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 is driving the handset, which has 2GB of RAM and 8GB/16GB of native storage. Android 5.0 is pre-installed.

The second video is for the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet. Because this slate also carries IP68 certification, we see it drifting slowly to the bottom of a swimming pool. The Xperia Z4 Tablet is the thinnest tablet on the planet which makes it a pleasure to bring along while running your errands. And did we tell you how beastly this slate is? With a 10.1-inch screen featuring 2K resolution, and a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 CPU under the hood, this device brings the power. A 6000mAh battery gives you up to 17 hours of video playback.

The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua will ship this Spring to 80 countries, priced at the equivalent of $335. Pricing for the Xperia Z4 Tablet is unknown at this point.
