Not something you’d expect to find a big company like Samsung to focus on meticulously, especially when it has so many other top shelf devices to bring up to spec, but owners of the Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 might be surprised to find a leak Gingerbread ROM that’s available for download.
Apparently, it looks as though a pre-release Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread ROM for the Samsung Galaxy Ace has been leaked – which naturally carriers along all the optimizations expected with Gingerbread. Although there is still yet no official word on when we’ll see the official build, this just might be able to tide some people over until then. Just because the handset isn’t in the upper echelon of Samsung’s stable, it doesn’t mean that Samsung is going to forget about this entry-level Android smartphone altogether.
