Poll results: which Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge color variant do you like best?

Poll results: which Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge color variant do you like best?
Like almost all other flagship smartphones nowadays, Samsung's Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge have several color versions: three of them are common to both handsets (White Pearl, Black Sapphire, and Gold Platinum), while other two are unique (Blue Topaz for the S6, and Green Emerald for the S6 edge).

Not long after Samsung announced the S6 and S6 edge, we ran a poll to find out which color variants our readers preferred. As you can see below, Green Emerald is the color that received the largest number of votes (1540), followed closely by Black Sapphire (1328 votes) and Gold Platinum (1277 votes). Blue Topaz (687 votes) and White Pearl (483 votes) don't seem to be that popular.

Both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge will be released around the world next month, starting April 10. If you didn't get the chance to vote in our poll when it was open, you can certainly leave a comment to let us know which Galaxy S6 color you like best.

I'm someone who has always prefers black phones but for some reason the green S6 Edge is very appealing. I think it's because looking at the white and black models head on they look almost identical to Samsung's past phones. The green model breathes new life into the design.

Me, too. I've never liked any phone's looks that didn't range from black to dark grey. Hate white. Hate blue. I didn't want the blue of my Galaxy S3, and immediately covered it with a black case (but it didn't come in black). The emerald green looks fantastic (online, anyway. I'll have to see it in person to confirm). I have no plans on buying the S6 because I'm waiting for the Note 5, but if I were no doubt I'd get the emerald green (as of right now. Like I said,I need to see it in person.)

Feel the opposite... Love white. not a fan of dark colors. However, I love the green too (in the pictures). I'm waiting for the G4 to be announced, but Green would be my choice here assuming it looks just as good in real life.

I voted for the green one. IF I ever decide to get a 6E, it would definitely that one.

I like bloody maroon. Soaked in the blood of Apple's underpaid Chinese workers. Seriously, white is still elegant.

Do you really have to be serious on everything people say? Relax, get some life.

It's not that we're taking it seriously, it's that you're making fun of people who already have it hard.

I like Burgundy like they had once but they don't have it. Blue looks real cheap. Gold is for a girl. White is not original.

From a recent poll on average people wanted the Edge over the standard version, so do you thing the blue topaz would have been more popular had it been available on the Edge? I like it but will go for the Gold as i bet my carrier wont do the green (i want the edge) & the gold also looks silver.
