Oppo Find 5 to be announced on December 12
The Oppo Find 5 – a high-end Android smartphone that once existed only in the realm of the rumors, is about to become official in a few short weeks. The company has started sending out invitations to a press event scheduled for December 12 (that's 12.12.12 for you, numerologists), and by the looks of it, the aforementioned handset will be the star of the show.

In case you need a refresher, here are the specs that the Oppo Find 5 will aim to win our hearts with: a 5-inch 1080p screen, quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, and a 12-megapixel camera, all held together by a 6.9-millimeter-thin chassis. Pretty impressive, isn't it? What's even more astonishing is that the device might cost as low as $478 for the 16 GB model.

Unfortunately, we aren't sure what markets the Oppo Find 5 will be released in, but we hope to learn more right after the December 12 event. For those who are interested, here's a bunch of Oppo Find 5 photos to drool at.
