Nokia 6 is no longer exclusive to Amazon in the US

It's been more than three months since the Nokia 6 made its debut in the United States, but the mid-ranger could only be purchased at Amazon. HMD and the US major retailer inked an exclusivity agreement, which was supposed to come to an end at a later date.
Apparently, that exclusivity deal is over now since another retailer in the country, namely B&H, is now selling the Nokia 6. The smartphone is available for the same price you would pay if would choose to get it from Amazon, $229.
However, B&H throws in some freebies if you decide to go for its deal, such a tempered glass protector and a silicone clear case for a total worth of $29.98. The Nokia 6 is available at B&H in four color options: Copper, Matte Black, Tempered Blue, and Silver.
Although the US version of Nokia 6 comes unlocked, it will not work on CDMA carriers like Sprint and Verizon, but you won't have issues using it with AT&T, T-Mobil, and any other GSM network operator in the country.

How come I've nothing but bad things to say about the new Nokias? I really tried to say something positive about The Nokia 6 today, something it excels at, but couldn't think of anything, really! The Nokia 6 has: 1. Great specs for the price, yes, but some phones have better. (Redmi Note 4). 2. Stock Android, but some phones have that too (Xiaomi Mi A1). 3. Solid build, but some phones have about the same or even better build quality (Samsung Galaxy A3/A5). 4. Big display, but some phones have an even bigger one (Honor 7X). 5. A sizable battery, but some phones have even bigger ones (Redmi Note 4 with a 4,100mAh power-plant). And I begin to wonder, is there anything, anything at all, which The Nokia 6 excels at? And the answer is: Nokia 6 is a jack of all trades, and a master of NONE! But then again, there are better Jacks, are there not? Oh, whatever. I give up! G'Day!

Xiaomi / Moto - you get great specs and trade that off with poor after sale services because they can't provide that on such low margins.. so compare Nokia with similar brands like samsung , lg , sony etc.. Build quality ? Galaxy A3 and A5 better ? watch a few drop tests first .. build quality isn't just using metal or glass .. Nokia 6 is the one of the toughest normal category phones of the year .. This is where Nokia/HMD is master of all in this price category and this is it's USP.. then the second major USP is Fast Updates and long term support... Xiaomi doesn't count because of After sale services and till now it has beaten every other phone out there in that department .. how about dual speakers ? It is just held back by it's Sd430 a bit and somewhat mediocre cameras .. not a bad phone and not a truly exceptional phone .. but this is a very good phone phone for users who drop their phones and usage isn't heavy ..

"It is just held back by it's Sd430 a bit and somewhat mediocre cameras .. not a bad phone and not a truly exceptional phone .. but this is a very good phone phone for users who drop their phones and usage isn't heavy". That's exactly what I meant, little one. And yes, The Xiaomi does lack a tad in the so called 'after sales' department but... They use top-notch Qualcomm Snapdragons in their smartphones which are as reliable as a Honda! Even my little Lumia 430 which comes with a ultra low-end Snapdragon 200 Dual-Core SoC is running absolutely FLAWLESS for about 2 years with great signal reception, decent speakers and absolutely no heat-ups or performance drops. Besides, Xiaomi is offering a 14nm Snapdragon 626 in Mi A1 (AndroidOne) which is head and shoulder above the likes of SD430, for only $250 with future Android Updates for up to 2 years. And for mere $250, one can't possibly ask for more! Each to his own.

The Samsung A3/A5 do NOT have the same level of build as the Nokia 6. I've had both A5 and Nokia 6 and the Nokia is the most rock solidly built handset around, just go watch Jerry Rig Everything video. Also the Nokia 6 through latest software runs very well with minimal lag at all. Am rather impressed how well Nokia has optimised the software on a low end CPU. Your comment is useless and stupid

The fact this phone has more essentials for less than a phone people had their credit card accounts hacked over, and people still bitch about the littlest things that don't matter in the long term, shows just how irritating smartphone nerds can be. The Nokia 3 is just as much worth it as this one, dare I say.
