Nokia 5800 XpressMusic to arrive at Nokia's U.S. flagship stores on Wednesday?
According to unofficial sources, the long awaited Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the star of "The Dark Knight" and the first touchscreen Symbian S60 device, will be on the shelves today at Nokia's U.S. flagship stores in New York and Chicago. The source even has the time that they will be going on sale, which is 3PM. The price will be $399 U.S. Dollars, according to the rumor. The handset features a 3.2 inch touchscreen display with 3G connectivity, a 3.2MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi and a 3.5mm phone jack. A good suggestion would be to call the stores before heading down there to pick up your phone. That is, unless you feel lucky. Well, do you?

Actually ATT should have gotten this. This phone doesnt support the 1700 Mhz band. it supports 850 and 1900 bands, which is ATT frequency bands. Man I wish ATT pickup another high end phone

If you click on the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Specifications just below the picture. Then click on advanced at the top of that page, you'll see just below that Network Technology(GSM) it has the frequncy bands 850/900/1800/1900. There is no 1700 band which is for T-Mobile, also no 2100 band If the phone doesnt support the same frequencies of the carrier it won't function. The only phones that ATT currently offer that have WIFI are Iphone and HTC Fuze and Samsung Epix, I think that's it. There maybe one or two Im missing though.
