Motorola MOTO W7 Active Edition has been announced
Are you a dynamic person with passion for sports and entertainment? If the answer is yes, then you should check what Motorola is about to bring out on markets across Latin America and Asia soon – the MOTO W7 Active Edition. The new slider seems to be designed with people on-the-go in mind as it sports a pedometer to count your steps, Personal Trainer application to compile training programs and so on. The Motorola MOTO W7 also features a fun gesture control technology, allowing you to silence the sound of an incoming call, your alarm (another reason to keep your phone at an unreachable distance and still be able get up on time) or pause the music by simply turning your phone turtle. Another advantage of the gesture controls is that you can view next and previous images, as well as change songs by tilting your phone right or left. Okay, so much for the cool old-school features; the phone also has a 2.2-inch display, 2-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.

The Motorola MOTO W7 Active Edition is available in two colors: Licorice and Alpine White. The manufacturer has scheduled the handset for the second quarter of the year, but still won´t give out the price. Moreover, it is not certain whether a North American version is coming out at all.
