Is the LG Optimus LTE coming to Europe after all?
The smartphone that you see in the photos below might look just like the LG Optimus LTE, also known as the LG Nitro HD on AT&T or LG Spectrum on Verizon. However, it is a different device as it bears a different model name, namely LG P936. And do you know where this handset might be headed to? This is just a speculation at this time, but some say that we might be looking at the European version of the LG Optimus LTE.

In terms of hardware, the LG P936 has a 4.5-inch display with 720 by 1280 pixels of resolution – just like what we have on the Optimus LTE. The processor inside it is a dual-core chip clocked at 1.5GHz, which is once again presumed to be identical to the one on the Optimus LTE. The folks who got their hands on the unit ran Quadrant and got a result of over 2,500 points. Additionally, the auto-focus camera on the device's back is of 8 megapixels, has an LED flash, and can shoot HD video. What runs on the smartphone is Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread.

And that pretty much sums it all up for now. More information on the LG P936 is expected to surface in the near future. Once again, whether the smartphone will ever hit the European market is not yet clear, but here's to hoping.
