The new Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max comes with a massive camera system and ambitions to be the best camera phone of the year, but how does it compare against the most popular flagship in the world, the iPhone 17 Pro Max?
Well, this latest Huawei Pura is packed with innovative technologies. For starters, the main camera has aperture that can vary from f/1.4 to f/4.0 (with 10 aperture positions), and this variable aperture feature is only rumored to arrive on the iPhone 18 Pro. Huawei also uses LOFIC technology for improved dynamic range on its main camera sensor, plus it continues using the RYYB color filter instead of traditional RGB (it has the advantage of gathering more light).
