Hands-on images of the super-slim, purple Sony Xperia T3 appear
Announced a week ago, the super-slim Xperia T3 has gotten quite some Sony fans excited. That's not surprising -- the device sports upper mid-range specs, all packed within a thin, 7 mm chassis with a metal frame.
Indeed, if you happen to appreciate Sony design, the T3 likely caught your eye. And while the usual black and white versions of the T3 are bound to be the most popular, we happen to like the company's devices in its signature purple color. If you feel the same way, then the below hands-on shots of the purple Xperia T3, taken by Digi-wo forum member latter21, are for you.
Dialing back a bit, what do we mean by 'upper mid-range specs' these days? Well, in the case of the Xperia T3 these include a 5.3-inch, 720 x 1280 pixel resolution (HD) IPS display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of microSD-expandable internal storage. Also on board are an 8-megapixel camera with Sony's Exmor RS sensor, and a healthy, 2500 mAh battery which, judging by recent Sony mid-rangers, should offer excellent up time.
