Giveaway: Win an Honor 6X from Honor and PhoneArena

UPDATE: The two lucky winners have been drawn! Congratulations to both for their brand new Honor 6X phones!

The US smartphone market can be a tough one for even well-established brands to compete in, with sales so dominated by giants like Apple and Samsung, but we love to see it when new players step up to take on that challenge, exposing shoppers to more handset options than ever before. Last year, Huawei's Honor sub-brand joined the ranks of manufacturers going after American smartphone users, introducing them to phones like the Honor 5X and the really well-received Honor 8.

Now in 2017, Honor's keeping its efforts going strong with the launch of the new Honor 6X, with dual cameras and a seriously affordable price point: just about $250 - or even less if you catch one of the company's $50-off flash sales.

And while that's a great price for a new phone, we think we can do you one better: with the help of Honor USA, we're giving away not one, but two Honor 6X handsets to some lucky PhoneArena readers.

How to win?

Can't wait to get your hands on an Honor 6X of your own? We don't blame you, so we're going to make this nice and simple. Just like we're doing for our Huawei Mate 9 giveaway (which you should also enter, because who doesn't want more chances to win a free phone?) all you have to do to get your name in the running is:

  • Leave a comment at the bottom of this post, telling us what aspect of the Honor 6X has you the most excited.

Do you dig the photo-taking flexibility having dual cameras affords you, with their extra-wide-aperture special effects? Are you looking forward to the claims of two-day-plus battery life? Let us know why you think this phone belongs in your pocket. And to sweeten the deal even more (as if a free phone wasn't plenty sweet enough), Honor's also got some extra company swag it's throwing in to let the winners really show off their Honor love.

Only one entry per person is allowed, and our apologies to all our great fans around the globe, but this giveaway is restricted to those of you living in the United States (the rest of you can still check out the Mate 9 giveaway). One week from now, on Thursday, January 26, we'll pick two random winners from among eligible entries, and let the lucky pair know about their prizes via email.

If you need to bone up on your Honor 6X info before leaving a comment, you can check out Honor USA's website, Facebook page, and Twitter feed.

Good luck to everyone, and check back soon for our full Honor 6X review!
