Announced last week at CES 2017, the Honor 6X is an interesting smartphone, as it's offering an attractive set of features for just $249.99 (unlocked). While the handset won't be properly launched before January 15, Honor will sell a limited number of units today, January 11, for just $199.99 a piece.

In order to buy the 6X for $199.99, you must register over at Honor's official US website (see the source link below) to receive a coupon via email. Starting at 12:00 pm CST today, you'll be able to use the coupon and get $50 off the phone's price. Mind you, this will be a flash sale, so you should try to make your purchase at, or shortly after 12:00 pm.

Made out of metal, the Honor 6X sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and is running Android 6 Marshmallow at launch (with an update to Android 7 Nougat coming later this year). You can take a closer look at the new smartphone in our Honor 6X hands-on.

Update: Honor reached out to let us know that the 6X sold out within 25 minutes from the start of the flash sale.
