Galaxy A8 and A8+ size comparison versus Galaxy S8, Note 8, OnePlus 5T, Pixel 2 XL, iPhone 8
Samsung's latest design achievements are slowly trickling down to its mid-range lineup of devices, namely the fresh new Galaxy A8 (2018) and A8+ (2018) which got official earlier today.
Aside from closely following suit to the overall design language of the Galaxy S8, S8+, and Note 8 to some extent: with rear-positioned fingerprint scanner, tall 2:1 displays, and bezel-less front, the new mid-rangers are mostly deadringers for the higher-tier flagship devices.
Of course, the hardware inside is a tad more modest, but the exterior is way flashier than what we've previously seen on the mid-range A series.
In case you're curious how close the new Galaxy A8 and A8+ measure up with the current flagship stock in terms of size and overall measurements. To put things into even greater perspective, we've also included the majority of the most popular devices out there right now.
