Dell Venue Pro with support for T-Mobile 3G shows up at the FCC
It surely isn't going to be long now before consumers will be able to check out and experience all of the wonderful offerings expected out of the Dell Venue Pro. This intriguing looking Windows Phone 7 smartphone has recently been spotted over at the FCC sporting support for T-Mobile's all too familiar 3G band (1700 MHz) – which also tells the likelihood of it possibly making that November 8th launch date.
In addition, the Bluetooth SIG shows us that the Venue Pro/V02S is being manufactured by Qisda for Dell. In relation to that, the FCC also recently approved a different Dell smartphone which was also made by Qisda and simply going by the model name of the Dell Venue – which of course appears to be a keyboard-less version of the WP7, but running Android.
All in all, the Dell Venue Pro's arrival at the FCC is perfect as we inch closer to the North American launch of Windows Phone 7. Let's just all cross our fingers and hope that T-Mobile can somehow smuggle this handset in time for that special upcoming date.
