Clear protection: 10 transparent Galaxy S7 cases

Clear protection: 10 transparent Galaxy S7 cases
There are two kinds of people – people who have 5 alarm clocks set up, all 5 minutes apart, and people who tap snooze a bunch of times before they finally roll out of bed; people who shoot vertical videos, and people who scold others for doing so; people who use their smartphone bare, with no protection on, and people who have a case on theirs at all times. That very last kind of folks might be interested in what we have to show here – cases for the Galaxy S7.

The Galaxy S7 is one of those phones you don't really want to put a case on – its a thing of beauty, after all – but you do it anyway to protect its fragile glass surface from scratching or cracking. Thankfully, transparent and translucent cases are a thing. They protect your phone without obscuring its natural beauty, which makes them and ideal match for Samsung's flagship. Flip through the slideshow below to explore some of the best translucent and transparent Galaxy S7 cases.

I've got Number 9 on my S7. It's a great case I must say..

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and I got myself a Spigen liquid Crystal Clear for it. I'll say it provides the bumper protection on the side and hard scratch resistant kind of plastic on back.

Does it help with gripping the S7 Edge? I have one as well, and large hands, so looking for a case that is clear, gives good grip, so I don't make as many accidental touches.

If you want a clear case with a good grip, you should get Nillkin Nature series, pretty great as of my experience.

I have the Spigen liquid crystal and i-Blason Clear bumper hybrid. Where the Spigen is a bit flimsy on the edges, the I-Blason is rigid and sturdy. It is also more clear than the Spigen.

Where is the leather case available to buy? I can't seem to find it anywhere

The spigen liquid crystal is very slim. It adds minimal bulk and it doesn't have that slightly raised platform on the back of the case, which is meant to keep the back from being in direct contact with surfaces. I prefer the smooth feel because it emulates the design of the phone and it doesn't have that awkward sharp feel in the hand.

No mention of the Ringke Fusion? I've used that on my s6 edge and now my s7 edge. Great case and has covers for the usb and 3.5mm cutout.
