Asus ZenFone 5 update adds dual camera bokeh function, more
The new generation ZenFone 5 series was unveiled a few months ago and the first important update for the regular model is now being pushed out. Although it doesn't bring too many new features, it's a meaningful update that improves some of the functions that are already available.

The first thing mentioned in the official changelog is the addition of dual camera bokeh function for the ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL). Even though the smartphone packs a dual-camera setup and Asus specifically said it offers the bokeh function, it's mentioned as an added feature in the latest update. Perhaps it's just an improvement?

Anyway, the update is supposed to add some other camera performance improvements and an AI related function. Finally, the Face Unlock feature has been enhanced performance-wise.

Well, that's about all the changes included in this update, so if you've bought yourself the latest Asus ZenFone 5 smartphone recently, you can check for the update now. Keep in mind though that given the fact that the server pushes the update in batches, it may take up to a week for everyone to receive the FOTA (firmware over the air) notice.
