Apple prepares for Wednesday's event by putting up its logo all over Bill Graham Auditorium
Apple has been busy, putting its logo up and making preparations to the Bill Graham Auditorium in San Francisco. That is where the company will be holding its media event on Wednesday. We expect to see Apple introducing the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus. We also might see the Apple iPad mini 4 and the Apple iPad Pro both become official next week.

One thing that we might see, is a performance from Taylor Swift. Reports indicate that that the auditorium and the area inside and outside the building is teeming with security. While Apple usually employs a large number of security personnel, the amount seen in the area surpasses even the number of guards that Apple would normally hire. That would seem to dovetail with a comment made by Fortune's Philip Elmer-DeWitt that Taylor Swift would sing for the media attending the event.

As you recall, Swift earlier this year wouldn't let Apple stream tunes from her hit album 1989 unless Apple changed its policy on not paying royalties on tunes streamed during users' three month free trials to Apple Music. Apple gave in, Swift recanted, and all was right with the world.

Even if Swift does make an appearance, the stars of the event will be the new iPhone models, stuffed with Force Touch (or perhaps 3D Touch), improved cameras on back and front, an increase in RAM, a new color option and more.
