The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will be launched March 28th via T-Mobile at a price of $149.99 with a signed two-year pact. Don't let the price fool you, the device has some decent specs including the dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S3 processor, a 3.97 Super AMOLED display with WVGA resolution, Android 2.3 and 42Mbps HSDPA+ connectivity. The 5MP camera on back offers AF and captures video at 720p
While Android 4.0 won't be loaded on the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G right out of the box, the odds favor the handset getting updated to Google's latest and greatest not terribly long after launch. The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will join with the Samsung Galaxy S II and the HTC Amaze to form a rather powerful trio of Android handsets available from the nation's fourth largest carrier.
The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will get an early launch on March 21st from some selected retailers before launching throughout the T-Mobile ecosystem the next week. We were able to spend some time with the device at MWC 2012 in Barcelona and you can check out our Hands-on Review of the model.

Will this phone be compatible with Australia's 4G network? Will the iPad 3 be compatible with our 4G network . I have been told Apple will have to install a different antenna for Europe,Asia and Australia.

Dunno why PA considers this a "decent" device. Same processor, internal memory as the GS II with a smaller screen and a 5MP Camera. I'd consider it much better than decent.

And different screen, GS II is Super Amoled Plus, this only has Super Amoled, though its still a nice screen.
