LG Optimus Pro unveiled
The Optimus Pro runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Given the form factor of this smartphone, screen size had to be sacrificed as evidenced by the 2.8-inch QVGA display. The Optimus Pro also packs a 3 megapixel camera on the back.
The Optimus Pro is more than likely an attempt to lure BlackBerry customers to Android much like the similarly built Motorola Droid Pro did. There isn’t any other specs on this device yet and we don’t know about planned availability, although this phone is apparently on sale in Italy already.
How does everybody feel about this form factor? Any BlackBerry users considering the switch to Android that would consider the LG Optimus Pro if and when it becomes available? Tell us what you think in the comments below.

*below the screen, not beneath..
Anyway, I think touchscreen+qwerty phones are the best combo. I have a Samsung Galaxy Pro myself and couldn't be happier :)

I was a huge blackberry fan, I went from a curve 8530, to a bold 9650, to a style 9670.. and the web experience is terrible so I am now using a Motorola xprt. Best decision i've ever made for a wireless device. Bye bye blackberry.
