BlackBerry Z10 is the BlackBerry 10 model most in use
Even though BlackBerry had to write off nearly a billion dollar's worth of BlackBerry Z10 units that were collecting dust in the warehouse during the third quarter, and another $2.7 billion the following quarter, that particular model dominates the BlackBerry 10 platform globally. The data, based on the number of BlackBerry 10 devices that downloaded a free checklist app in BlackBerry World called Stuff I Need, reveals that the BlackBerry Z10 is the most used phone on the platform today.

The BlackBerry Z10 was the most used BlackBerry 10 model last month, with 62% of the platform

The BlackBerry Z10 was the most used BlackBerry 10 model last month, with 62% of the platform

According to the data, the BlackBerry Z10 was responsible for 62.2% of the BlackBerry 10 models active last month. The handset was the first BlackBerry 10 model launched and is a completely all-touch model. The QWERTY equipped BlackBerry Q10 was next, making up 23.5% of BlackBerry 10 phones in use last month. Perhaps the most disappointing stat, but not surprising, is the 8.1% share owned by the BlackBerry Z30. The current flagship 'Berry, this is the first model to come from the Canadian OEM that sports a 5 inch screen. By the time this model was launched, it was apparent that BlackBerry 10 had failed to lift the company from the hole it had landed in, tempering support for the model. The BlackBerry Q5, a lower priced QWERTY supported BlackBerry 10 phone for emerging markets, owned 6.3% of the BlackBerry 10 market in December.

The next BlackBerry 10 model cold be the first produced by Foxconn under a five year contract it inked with the manufacturer. The all-touch phone, nicknamed the BlackBerry Jakarta, is headed first for Indonesia and is expected to be an entry-level model. Supposedly, there are two high-end BlackBerry 10 handsets being designed by BlackBerry that are aimed at the U.S. market.

It also has full-size touchscreen, which is unusual on Blackberry models. Looks good, as well as Z30. BB10 is decent operating system, but it's very different to others and has weaker app ecosystem compared to big three (not problem to everybody, though). Good luck Blackberry, whatever happens.

Thank you. I have shopped at amazon before and I like it. But only the products that say ship and sold by amazon. Not aby other retailer. In just not convince or sure if it would be factory unlocked. The BlackBerry10 I have I purchased it from shopblackberry.com and it works fine with any SIM.

I actually have been surfing that site and it looks nice my only concern is the pricing. Like why do they have a blackberry Z10 for 299$ and another one for 409$ it's like that for other phones as well. I get the SIII models they have some difference but the BB10s don't. Any help on that.

Yeah, but it's different, and that goes a long way... What kind of people choose the same thing that everyone else has❔... Most likely boring people, with no personality of their own, who strive to fit in... I'd rather be different.. BB10 has more soul than some other OS's..
