Asus ZenFone Go 2 images and partial specs sheet leaked out
The ZenFone Go is a mid-range smartphone that went on sale about two years ago. Since then, Asus did not plan any sequels to the device, but that might change very soon.

An unannounced Asus smartphone that goes by the model number X015D has been recently spotted at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission. We believe this is the sequel to the original ZenFone Go, which is also known as Asus X014D.

Luckily, Asus added a couple of pictures of the ZenFone Go 2 to the documentation listed at TENAA, as well as some details about the phone's specs.

Apparently, there will be at least two Asus ZenFone Go 2 variations available on the market: 3GB RAM / 32GB storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage. A 5.5-inch display with HD (720p) resolution is confirmed as well, along with a 1.5GHz octa-core processor.

These are the only details revealed by the listing at TENAA, but previous reports claim the phone will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and it will be powered by a massive 4,850 mAh battery.

Also, one of the images shows the ZenFone Go 2 will pack dual cameras on the back side. There's no fingerprint sensor on the rear, so if Asus decides to include one, it will be positioned under the Home button.
