Here are the 10 best-performing smartphones for H1 2015, according to AnTuTu's newest report

A few months ago, AnTuTu released a chart with the phones in Q1 2015 that took a taste of its benchmark, revealing the ten top-scoring devices. Back then, Samsung got in the lead with its performance duo, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge with their 64-bit, octa-core Exynos 7420 SoC, which crunched the competition. HTC's flagship, the One M9, ranked third with an AnTuTu score of 52709.

Well, a new report was just released, and it is encompassing the first half of 2015 (January 1 - July 1). AnTuTu is once again disclosing what are the highest-ranking devices in its benchmark: well, no surprises at the very top, where both the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge reside. The HTC One M9 has lost the third spot and is now 6th, while the bronze goes to the Snapdragon 810-toting Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, followed closely by the LeTV 1 Pro, which also flaunts Qualcomm's finest at the moment.

The fifth spot is occupied by the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max, while it's toned-down Nubia Z9 peer ranked 7th. The Top 10 also features a regular LeTV 1, a Samsung Galaxy S5, and last, but not least, a Google Nexus 6.

Apart from revealing what the top 10 phones are, AnTuTu also released a pie chart giving us an insight at the chipset split in the top-tier segment. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 powers 50% of the phones that made their way to AnTuTu's Top 10, the Snapdragon 805 and the Exynos 7420 share the second spot with 20%, whereas MediaTek clocks in last with 10%, meaning that it has a single representative among AnTuTu's finest performers, the LeTV 1.
