I work for a large retailer of cell phones and this is by far the best device i have ever used. The amazing screen, the speed, the leather backing. The free extra battery, the free extra leather back. THE REMOVABLE BATTERY. WHO CARES HOW FAST A PHONE CHARGES WHEN YOU CAN GO TO 100% in 30 seconds hahahaha.
with a turbo charger it does charge fully in 90 minutes.
lover everything about this.
The perfect smartphone to buy.
balanced performance, optimized UI, best price comparing with the spec and performance, phablet screen In a Phone body
LG made one of the most beautiful and powerful smartphones of all time
even it's the best one so far.
Is very good phone. I like that knock kode screen, and that baterry life. Is very good phone, I like that style, camera and speed. Is very fast, that Snapdragon 808 is very good idea for this phone. the ram is very big, the storage is 20Gb so is very big storage.... I like that phone... Is very good phone
read the individual notes :)
This phone has very little weak points. It does everything either really well or slightly above average. That's its strongest point
The cons are very picky; don't think too much of them
After having both versions of the Samsung S6's and the HTC One M9. I moved on to this monster. I find it to be far more premium than the Samsungs and on par with the HTC. The leather back gives it a really classy look, and elegant feel. Performance is exceptional in every category. The UI is fluid with a subtle flow about it. The camera is AMAZING! So far superior to any other phone i have ever had. detail, color depth, and focusing is so accurate I really can not believe it is a phone. The only thing I wish this phone had is front facing speakers. However the back speaker is loud and clear enough for me to move past that. All in all best phone of this year, hands down.
Coming from the LG G2, this phone gets the job done exceedingly well for the daily power user. It doesn't have the greatest of CPU or build quality as the more modern/style driven consumer would out it but everything you expect it to do it does. There have been drawbacks in its high-end cpu performance in comparison to other phones but I don't plan on playing very taxing games on my phone, that's what home consoles are for! Screen is crystal clear, camera is fantastic, ect everything you've already read in a review. Expandable battery/memory changeable backs and the sheer screen size make it great for being on the go and the general, email sending, music and video streaming and networking user.
Power user side note: It is Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 capable out of the box so if you buy a 2.0 quick charger (best buy, amazon) you can have the same charging speeds as other 2.0 phones (15% to 60% in 30mins). I get a full charge in under an hour.
Coming from S4 and G3, the batterylife is better, screen is just WOW and so is the camera.. The UI is not the best but its fast, i use Nova Launcher instead and its really fast..
The camera is fast and takes really nice pictures.
The build quality is also really good, made the S4 and G3 feel really cheap and plastic!
At first the battery was giving me problems but then I tweaked some settings and it's been great. The camera is AMAZING. The size is perfect. I think that it is the phone to beat!No way I could ever go back to iPhone after this customization.
i think g4 better all phones .The 810 heats up way to much and can not out perform the 808 in the LG G4 in real life. They optimized it just right for this phoneI've used touch wiz for the last 5 years and I like the LG UI better and speeder
There really isn't anything wrong with the LG G4. I know a very bold statement but heres why:
DISPLAY: It is very accurate and not overly saturated like amoled screens (unless you like that) and it is bright. It isn't the brightest but its up there. Indoor visibility is great and outdoor visibility is above average too. Lets not forget that screen size. It is very big but it doesn't feel overly big like the Nexus 6 or the iPhone 6 Plus. Its just right (for me of course and it varies for you)
CAMERA: Best smartphone camera on the market right now and maybe for a while. The S6 camera is great but when i fired up the LG G4 camera i was blown away. I may not be a professional photographer but boy is this camera awesome. Automatic mode is great and fast for the average consumer and Manual mode is awesome (I only used it a little bit but I did see the differences).
BUILD QUALITY: Yes it's plastic. Yes its not high end materials like metal and glass but it doesn't bother me and here's why: I had the iPhone 4s and the HTC One M8 both amazing phones and built too feel high end and look high end but the iPhone 4s with it's glass back was a fingerprint magnet ( i got a case to fix that) and the HTC One M8 got scuffed up quick and wear and tear showed up on the sides. With plastic, you sacrifice the looks for function. Yes some like looks over function but I choose function.
Performance: Fast. Fluid. Fully Loaded. It has some bloatware but its overall very fast and everyday usage is great. Rarely any slowdowns and gaming is on par with its competitors. The UI has gotten better since the G3 too.
NOTES: The speaker is average. It's decently loud but it gets the job done(I wish it had the M8s speakers though). Call quality is great on T-mobile. The LG UI isn't the prettiest but it has gotten better since the G3. Much faster and fluid and less bloatware.
I love the keyboard also.
