If you’re in the market for new budget-friendly earbuds and happen to be an Amazon Prime subscriber, I believe I’ve found the perfect deal for you. While I was hunting for deals on budget earbuds, I came across Amazon’s offer on the Nothing Ear (a), which are currently selling for less than $80 after a 26% discount. The caveat is that the price cut is only available for Prime members. But don’t let this stop you, as you can try Prime for free for 30 days, leaving you with enough time to place your order.

Since we’re talking about affordable earphones here, they obviously won’t perform as well as a pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3 or Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which are both among the best earbuds money can buy. Yet, they’re still exceptionally capable.

We have them in our office and also a dedicated Nothing Ear (a) review, which you can check out as well, and I’m quite surprised by the sound these fellas deliver. Sure, the soundstage is narrower compared to premium options, but, oh man, do these deliver a deep, skull-crushing bass for their size and price. But don’t fret if you’re not into hip-hop or trap, as you can use the built-in EQ in the Nothing X companion app to adjust the audio to your taste, including softening that bass for a more balanced listen.

Another selling point is the fact that the earbuds have active noise canceling, which is rare on affordable earphones. The ANC performance is quite capable in typical environments, effectively muffling most ambient sounds. However, it’s important to manage your expectations. These aren’t high-end buds, which means they won’t fully silence the world around you.

They do have solid battery life, though. With ANC enabled, they deliver up to 5.5 hours of listening time, and with the case, their total playback increases to around 24 hours. Without ANC, however, their total battery life goes up to 42.5 hours, which is pretty great for earbuds that will set you back only about $80. That’s why I urge you not to miss out—save with this deal now before it’s too late!
