Various rumors have claimed that the iPhone 18 Pro is likely to feature minimal design changes, probably limited to a smaller Dynamic Island. A new leak suggests that things could be even less exciting and Apple may have only one change in mind.
iPhone 18 Pro will try to win you with new colors
Apple is unlikely to change anything in the design of the iPhone 18 Pro according to information shared (source in Chinese) by Weibo leaker Fixed Focus Digital. The biggest design change to the new devices could be the “new color options.”

The leaker claims that Apple won’t incorporate what they call “novel Android-style features,” such as curved designs and under-display technology. Instead, the company will stick to the same design, with the borders and bezels remaining largely unchanged.
Follow up to the Cosmic Orange mania

While there’s no sign of what those new color options could be, it is almost certain that Apple would like to repeat the success of the Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro. Initially mocked, the bold color turned out to drive the success of the new phones in China.
On the other hand, Sony is likely to launch the most significant redesign of its Xperia flagship phones in year. Leaked renders of the Xperia 1 VIII show a new camera island and a punch-hole camera, which would be radical change from the Xperia 1 VII.
We need more colors
Apple has finally entered its cool colors era, and I’m grateful for it. After several years of boring titanium shades for the Pro iPhones, we needed a refresh.
I still don’t understand why Apple limits the Pro phones to only three colors though. The base iPhone 17 comes in five colors, and I’d love to see a Space Black iPhone 18 Pro, alongside several bolder options.
