Xiaomi Mi Note & Mi Note Pro: all the official images
Although it might not be as compelling as its bigger brother, the Xiaomi Mi Note is, by all means, is a noteworthy device that deserves some attention. Indeed, most of us were waiting for a Xiaomi Mi 5, but the Chinese handset maker caught us off guard in a pleasant fashion with the Mi Note and the Mi Note Pro, both of which will surely attract the attention of those consumers that always strive for the better-spec'd phone on the market.

Toting quite a high price as per Xiaomi's previously set standards, the base 16GB version of the Mi Note will set you back $371. This price tag gives you a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801, 3GB of RAM, a 13MP rear camera with a Sony sensor, two 4G SIM card slots (micro and nano ones), both of which can be active at the same time, and a 3,000mAh battery. Up front, we have a 5.7" display with a 1080p resolution. Sounds appealing, but the big news here is the relatively high price that Xiaomi asks for the flagship.

Here is the full batch of official images of the Mi Note that Xiaomi shared with the world.

Oh why cause it's square? Oh ok. And uses a dual glass metal design? That Sony wasn't the first to use? Oh ok. Oh and cause it's called the 'Note'? Oh ok.

Metal frame, rounded edge from iPhone 5S, Dual glass design from, the placement of camera from Xperia Z3, and The screen size, The name from Galaxy Note 4. Enough?

It's never enough. Probably because there over hundreds of phones that has metal frame and rounded edge, or dual glass design, or same screen size or naming like the phone you mentioned above. Typical fanboys usually look for even the smallest details of the competitor's phone to mock, or in this case, accuse of "copying" in order to justify their purchases. Please have a valid reason.

I'm laughing at "Copymi" more than should. This is a good phone but Xiaomi needs a fresh design without breaking the bank for customers.

I don't understand how people wondered for a phone consists of all the best of every other phone and when it comes they call it a "Copy".

"Copy" isn't really an insult. Just a critical observation to me.

This seems totally reasonable at ~$375. The 801 is no slouch, dimensions are good. This is a very high end late 2013 phone with a really nice design.
