Video spot for Sony Ericsson's Xperia X10 Mini puts fingers in motion
When Sony Ericsson introduced the Xperia X10, it was hoped that the same problem that hurt worldwide sales of the Xperia X1 would not re-occur. But once again, the joint venture was too late in getting the model ready for a U.S. launch and none of the nation's carriers would agree to offer Sony Ericsson's first Android device at a subsidized price. Hopefully, things work out differently for the Xperia X10 Mini. Being a GSM device, that would leave AT&T or T-Mobile as possible carriers for the shrunken version of the X10. Sony Ericsson has put together a video for the upcoming launch of the handset. Ironically, the video says that you can't keep your hands off of it. For U.S. cellphone users, the Xperia in any form is one device that they have never been able to put their hands on-at least through a Stateside carrier. Still, the Xperia X10 Mini is such a niche machine that there still might be time to find a U.S.carrier willing to add this phone to their line-up.
