Verizon's Palm Pixi Plus dives all the way down to free
It was going to be a matter of time before Verizon's version of the Palm Pixi Plus was going to be placed on the chopping block yet again. Seeing that the Palm Pre Plus recently went through a new retrofitted price tag of $29.99 on contract, the Palm Pixi Plus is now quite affordable thanks to its free price tag with an accompanying g 2-year agreement. Luckily though, customers can even check out the 1-year pricing on the smartphone which is at a tolerable $69.99 while the full blown no-contract price for the handset stands at $399.99 – which does make it hard to swallow seeing that it's free with a contract. Additionally, Verizon is still offering the handy 3G Mobile Hotspot to round out the stellar list of features seen on the Palm Pixi Plus. Even though Sprint might've dropped the price of their Palm Pixi to free before Verizon, the laundry listing of better specs on Verizon's version easily makes it easily a more attractive offer.
