Update to HTC DROID DNA is senseless
An update being sent out today to those toting the HTC DROID DNA does not contain the hoped for Sense 5 update. When it does arrive, Sense 5 will bring to the model features associated with the HTC One such as the BlinkFeed streaming social media page and an improved photo gallery. But for today, the update for the DROID DNA is a smaller one that loads the TalkBack feature onto the phone. This a feature that reads what is on the screen, making the internet easier to use for those with vision problems.

Last month, Verizon's website hinted that the HTC DROID DNA would be receiving Sense 5 in an update along with a new updated Android build. But instead of getting paired with Android 4.3 as originally promised, HTC America president Jason Mackenzie recently said that the DROID DNA would be updated with Android 4.2.2 instead.

Still, Sense 5 is the big deal here, and hopefully the next update for the HTC DROID DNA will contain a lot of Sense.
