Tindog app is Tinder... for dog owners

Single and a dog owner? The new Tindog app for Android and iOS gives you the chance to meet like-minded pet lovers in your area, all at the pretense of walking the dogs together, of course.

We kid, but the Tindog developers have equipped their app with Tinder-like options allowing you to do the famous right swipe, like the dogs pictured (and their owners), chat with them, and inundate them with photos of your pup.

Of course, a cute girl with an adopted shelter dog will have much more right swipes than someone from the opposite sex even with the purest of breeds, regardless of the developers' claim how dog-oriented the app is, but that's just the way it is.

One thing is for sure, though - if you are a dog owner, and want to meet people in your area that cater to that same obsession, you can now find and prescreen some of them and their pets with the help of Tindog.
