Yall love that word premium.

Premium apps, is that what they call Bloatware now? Some of these maybe nice, but I doubt everyone who buys a phone would want them... Just to verify, you could get rid of these (not just "hide") if you didn't want them?

Those aren't installed. Just like on the Note 4, you can install them if you wish from the gift list in the Galaxy Apps.

I guess he only read the headline and not the article The headline is very misleading and its probably for click bait purposes The "will ship with" makes it sound like those apps are preinstalled

I guess you dont read them either... It did not specify if it's pre-installed or not... I actually like the new S6/S6Edge and I will be giving that one a try this fall when my contract ends... I just hope not to run into bloatware like I did with the S4 when I tried it... and please re-read my post - I was trying to verify what maherk has already clarified... Your post was unnecessary... and as you can see there are more concerns below that these are not pre-installed...

These are typically Galaxy App Store promotions you can take advantage of, aka; opt in or out.

Dude click on the source if it's not clear to you. This article is a vague second-hand info.

I meant the sammyhub article as well Since its linked in this article, so its apart of this article But yea your right, this PA article is terribly misleading Also BTW, my comment was supposed to be more about how terribly misleading this article is, not about your comment Sorry if you took offense

I do believe he read the article and was seeking more information about it from Samsung users. It doesn't state in the article whether the apps will come pre installed or offered in the Galaxy Apps store, but as a Note 4 owner i knew what i should expect and i clarified the issue to him.

I disagree. Phones ship with headphones, but are they installed (plugged in) when you open the box? Phone ship with an adapter, are they installed?

I have the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014, and I CAN'T UNINSTALL the NY Times, and some other apps. I HATE THAT. All those premium apps that were pre-installed on my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 took about 2.3 GB of 3GB RAM before I start installing any other apps..

No panic, this apps are not on the mobile. We can just download them for free, and this is cool for some like Fleksy or Shazam.

What are you talking about? These apps are GALAXY Gifts and won't come pre-installed on the new phones. I think the author should be clear here as the article says the S6 and S6 edge will ship WITH those apps.

I think the author knew exactly what he was doing, he gave us another click bait article.

I just hope I can UNINSTALL SOME OF THE apps.. I really hate samsung pre-installed apps taking RAM & bandwith. Not to mention bringing down the battery life.

I have samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition, and MOST of the 'premium' (junk) apps were pre-installed, and CAN'T be removed. Before I install any apps, it already use 2.3GB of RAM out of 3GB I have!!!!

I honestly wonder what the purpose of this comment was. I wonder if you truly expected to accomplish anything by posting this. I also wonder if there is a human being ignorant enough to express their agreement with you by liking your comment. Sadly, I am very certain that there are.

Hmm many of these apps are free on Google Play? What's the point of this article?

These are "premium" variants of those free apps. Look there is Nova Launcher for example but there is Nova Prime which is a paid one. Same theory here.

I wonder if all those Premuim Crapplications can be uninstalled?

25. TheWeasel

Well, given that those "crapplications", as you put it, are not installed on the phone in the first place, it can be safely assumed that they can be uninstalled after being installed.
