Technical difficulties put the kibosh on a dual camera setup for the Apple iPhone 7 Plus/Pro?
Those expecting to purchase a new Apple iPhone 7 Plus/Pro later this year, might want to take this new rumor into consideration. A posting today on China's Weibo micro-blogging site says that due to technical difficulties, Apple has decided to put the kibosh on the dual camera feature for this year's iPhone.

Many had been expecting the Apple iPhone 7 Plus/Pro to carry two 12MP cameras on the back, with the extra sensor used for optical zooming. Most leaked images of the phone, schematics and other images included the dual camera setup. But Foxconn insiders who have taken to Weibo to spread the news, say that the dual cameras are no longer on the table.

If the dual camera setup is no longer being considered for the iPhone 7 Plus/Pro, there might not be that many new features on the next iteration of the iPhone to attract buyers. Yet, Apple is confident as it ordered 72 million to 78 million iPhone 7 units for this year, well above analysts' expectations.

We do recommend that you take this news with a grain of salt.

What's funny is how quick you are to believe negative rumors about Apple.

I think Apple has too much stock, so they need ways to get rid of their excess stock. Whether it's parts or completed devices. If Apple only has a new Processor, and maybe 3gb of ram, then Apple will definitely see another decline in sales.

Dude...I really don't care, that's Apple's problem, not mine. The only decline I'm worried about, is my bank account, and my wife putting out.

#POW! Totally agree with you, dark! I really don't understand why people worry about stuff like that, especially when they're not associated with said company in any way.

Exactly bro, I absolutely couldn't care less about a decline in apple's sales. That couldn't concern me any more than an ant that just got steeped on in China lol.

MG, what're your ios 10 thoughts? I think it's a great update, not revolutionary, but pretty good. I like the deep integration of existing features into the OS, along with a couple of fresh ones.

I think it's pretty decent. I really dig the fact that force touch will be more prevalent throughout iOS 10. I always thought it was a cool feature. I think that all in all, it's a definite step in the right direction for Apple concerning iOS.

Well you're so quick to biegel a positive one. What's the difference. THE IRONY!!!!. whether a rumor is in your family or or not, Utsav still a rumor. The fact the phone was going ro.have dual cameras was also a.rumor. which you probably believed...right? Because I didn't see anything official from Apple.saying they were gonna have it Just like the next Note is only be rumored to have a dual camera. But I would actually believe Samsung would try to do.it while Apple.likely won't. If Samsung dowsnt pull.ot off, Apple.could lose.20M additions sales They already lost 10. Considering those who will.wait for the next model. When bad luck comes it comes in droves. I guess you should have unlocked locked that phone.

But he never said he believe anytbing. I read him saying all these PA articles saying they were and. People POOF!!!! GO E!!! THEN HE SAYS even if it probably is true Ifans will.just say it will go to.next years anniversary model. Which was probably the plan anyways. Either way both are rumors. Apple.nevwr confirmed a dual camera.and.nlr.are they confirming their won't be one. Either way, you a Dark look stupid.

Who cares. We all know the iPhone sells for many reasons. Gosh dude. Relax! Oh my God, go ahead and joke. Even though we crack jokes an make fun of Samsung and others, it's wrong for you to do about Apple, because we love them so...wahhhhhhhh!. That's what I read.

Lol? You know good and well, your trolling ass typed that with a straight face. Proofreading is fundamental.

Reading is fundamental, but comprehending what you read is actually equally or more important than reading words.

Comprehend the difference between reading, and proofreading, then get lost.

Maybe it's part of Apple marketing to try to get rid of the expectations with all the leaks and have people go in with low expectations only to be lifted by the fact that they actually will be there.

I don't think they would do that. We've already heard how "underwhelming" this year's iPhones will be, so it's not like our expectation weren't already low. Still, this story is probably 90% bogus. There may be a shortage on dual camera models for a few months, but I highly doubt that this Weibo poster has much credibility.
